At DaySpring Academy, we believe that high-quality education begins with qualified, healthy, and well-trained teachers. All staff members are required to maintain current health certificates issued by the Ministry of Health, confirming that they are medically fit to work with young children.

DaySpring Academy is staffed by dedicated teachers who possess the training, skills and passion to create engaging and cheerful learning environments that help your child reach his or her potential. Our teachers meet or exceed the qualifications required by the Ministry of Education, including holding an Associate Degree, Auxiliary Certificate, or higher credential in education or a related field. In addition, our staff are committed to continuous professional growth and regularly participate in workshops, seminars, and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
