Our Curriculum
Our play based curriculum is designed to teach important academic concepts through meaningful play and hands-on learning experiences. Teachers use a variety of resources, games, and interactive activities to engage children, reinforce learning, and make education both fun and effective.
Curriculum goals:
Social Development:
Preschool is an important time for social growth and relationship building. Through daily interactions, cooperative play, and group learning experiences, children develop friendship skills, communication skills, empathy, self-confidence, and the ability to work and play successfully with others.
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics)
Children explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on investigations, experiments, building activities, and problem-solving experiences. These activities encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and a love of discovery.
Phonics & Reading
Our phonics and reading program provides systematic instruction that helps children develop strong early literacy skills. Through books, stories, songs, and print-rich experiences, children build the foundation for lifelong reading success.
Emotional Development
Children learn to recognize, express, and manage their emotions in healthy ways. We help them develop self-confidence, resilience, self-control, and the social skills needed to build positive relationships.
Language Development
Language and communication skills are strengthened through conversations, storytelling, dramatic play, songs, and group discussions. These experiences help children expand their vocabulary, improve comprehension, and communicate with confidence.
Bible & Spiritual Development
Bible lessons and daily devotions introduce children to Christian values, character development, and God's love. Children are encouraged to demonstrate kindness, respect, honesty, and compassion in their daily interactions.
Creative Expression
Children express themselves through art, music, movement, dramatic play, and other creative activities. These experiences encourage imagination, self-expression, problem-solving, and confidence.
Motor Development
Children participate in activities that strengthen both gross and fine motor skills through active play and hands-on learning. These experiences improve coordination, balance, strength, dexterity, and overall school readiness.
