DaySpring Academy teachers are committed to the highest standards in early childhood education. Through D.A.T.A. (DaySpring Academy Teacher Academy), our staff receive ongoing professional development to ensure they provide exceptional care and learning experiences for every child.
What is it?
D.A.T.A. is DaySpring Academy's in-house professional development program designed specifically for our teachers and teacher assistants. Through ongoing training and coaching, staff receive specialized instruction in health and safety, curriculum implementation, child development, classroom management, and enrichment programming.
